We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers (such as our booking platform and payment processor) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for any other purpose.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through our booking platform (Bókun) and its payment processor. Via Verte does not store your full credit card details on our systems.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law (including CRA record-keeping requirements of a minimum of six years).
